UNION NATIONAL BANK

Union National Bank (UNB) was established in 1982. It is the only bank that is jointly owned by the government of Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The chairman of the bank is H.H. Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan.
Union National Bank is the first regional bank that gets the International Organization for standardization (ISO) within the parameters of the quality management system. Mr Mohamed Naser Abdeen, CEO of union national bank, thanks all the staff of the bank for their efforts. Also the bank won many other awards like the Sheikh Khalifa Award and the Mohamed bin Rashid Award.
Fahad Al Shezawi the manager of Khorfakkan branch said that he joined the bank in October 2002 and he said the bank has 51 branches, and the location of the head office is in Al Salam road, in Abu Dhabi.
Fahad said if you want to open an account you must bring your passport and be sure that your age is over 18. If you want to open an account, go to any branch from 8 am to 2 pm. People who work there will help you. There are two types of accounts in Union National Bank and each type has different features. The first type is called a current account; when you open this type the bank will give you the cheque book and you should have a salary to open this type. The second type is called a saving account and there is no cheque book in this type.

So, they made some steps to keep the secret information like installation of all means of modern security, making sure that viruses cannot enter the bank computers, and installation of a protective wall on the particular computers. About passwords, any person who has an account in Union National Bank should choose a password that is difficult for anyone to know and people are advised to change account passwords quite often to make it difficult for anybody to know the passwords. About using the ATM machine, when anybody wants to use the ATM machine he must make sure that nobody is near him and make sure that he has the receipt and counts the money. So the bank is waiting for a lot of people who want to join and work in the Union National Bank.
Union National Bank announced the launch of a gift card and this card works alternatively as a safe way to carry money and also it is a VISA electron card that can be used in shops. The UNB is the first bank who made the gift card. There are many good things in using this card, for example it is used in many events in life like birthdays, weddings and graduations.
